1. Scope of terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of SB Beauty & Care Company AG to their customers.
 
 
2. Contracting party

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The product presentation in our online shop is not a legal binding offering, subject to change without notice. Errors and comissions excepted and while stocks last.
You place a binding order by clicking the button “send order” in the last step of ordering process. After purchase, you will receive immediately our confirmation by email which concludes your order.
 
 
4. Storage wording of a contract
The contract will be stored in our internal system. You will receive the order details and terms & conditions by email after finishing the process. Once the order process has been finished, the contract is for security reasons no longer available on the internet.
 
 
5. Delivery
Delivery is within Switzerland and in foreign coutries, where no distributor is available.
 
 
6. Price and shipping costs
The published product prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding VAT.
 
The shipping cost in Switzerland is actually CHF 7.00 per order. The delivery is free of charge over an order value of CHF 300.00.
The economy postage costs for foreign country are described in the following list. The delivery is free of charge over an order value of CHF 500.00.

7. Payment
Payment has to be made by credit card. Once you have entered the credit card information on the webpage of saferpay the shipping will be prepared. 
You are only allowed to set off money if the claim has been legally established, is undisputed or in written form accepted by SB Beauty & Care Company AG. Retention of goods is only possible if the claim is from the same contract as delivery.
 
 
8. Reservation of proprietary rights
The property of products belongs to SB Beauty & Care Company AG until full payment.
 
 
9. Letter of complaint
After receiving the goods, the customer has the right to examine them. Any defects must be immediately announced but not later than eight days after receiving the goods. In addition, the official limitation periods apply.
The letter of complaint has to be sent by registered post. Due to this claim, we have the right to inspect the caused defect by our own staff or by an expert verified by us.
 
 
10. Compensation claims
Compensation claims for wrong images, prices and text or for late/undone deliveries are strictly excluded
 
 
11. Right of withdrawal
Customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. Within seven days after receiving the goods they can return it with a written letter. The goods must be undamaged and returned in unopened and perfect condition. Otherwise we insist on acceptance of the products.
 
It is sufficient to return the goods under preservation of the revocation period. The revocation must be sent to:

12. Data security
The necessary data for the transaction is stored and transmitted to involved third parties. All personal data is treated confidentially.
 
 
13. Exclusion of liability of foreigner links
We refer on our page with links to other sites in the internet. For all these links apply: SB Beauty & Care Company AG expressly declares that they have no influence on the design and content of linked pages. We distance ourselves from all contents of linked third party pages to www.sviofswitzerland.com and do not endorse such content. All image rights are reserved by SB Beauty & Care Company AG or its partners. Use without permission is prohibited.
 
 
15. Applicable of law / place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Conflict of laws as well as the United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods (CISG) is excluded. Jurisdiction for all mutual obligations from this contract is Zug/Switzerland.
